Infinity and Renault Genuine Parts and Accessories in the
Sultanate of Oman. In line with our objective of reaching
out to the doorstep of our valued customers, we have
established an extensive network of 16 parts outlets (Plus 1
exclusive accessory counter in our Qurum showroom) spread
across the length & breadth of the Sultanate of Oman.
Our team of over 100 parts personnel are well trained in
parts retrieval, customer handling, logistics and
warehousing operations which are fully computerized and are
online. Competitive parts pricing is ensured through an
elaborate Annual Parts Price Survey in collaboration with
Principals. Customers are thereby assured of the lowest cost
of ownership.
We carry an inventory of over 75,000 line items with a
fulfillment rate of over 96% at any given time. Our recently
inaugurated state of the art Central Parts Warehouse at Al
Amerat and in-house fleet of delivery vehicles ensure that
any required part is delivery to any location in Oman within
24 hours.
